Mweb - Connection issue's

Is Anyone else experiencing high latency on mweb ? , currently getting 500 latency. and when i buy webafrica cap its fine, getting 200 - 220. so ive ruled out anything on my side. its mweb OR seacom ( da da dum ? ).

so any1 ?
 
same here, mweb uncapped is over 900ms on EU Twilight Hammer for the last few days/weeks
Mweb uses seacom, web africa cap, which i also bought last night, uses Sat3, getting +-200ms on that as well :)
 
Yup, not only freakishly high latency, but horrible download speeds on international here as well. Been trying to sort it out all day. And its Isolated to Mweb only since other accounts work. They told me earlier on the phone they have sorted out all problems. Clearly not.

calling into mweb there is not enough "complaints" for them to investigate the problem. so they wait till there is.
 
Having major issues on iBurst tonight :(, Screamer Wimax is ok.
 
ive got mweb 4 mg line and its been running very nicely wow wise so far getting 200-300 ms avrg
 
its blizz way of nerfing huntards, so they give them high latency , trying to nerf there WAY OP dps.

Latency on Mweb has not been very good lately. I have also resorted back to my damn expensive WA account.

On WA however, I have DC's on Nef if I use any form of tunneling... Without the proxy, its rock solid.
Mweb on the other hand, behaves better with tunnelling ... almost no DC's, but if you cant afford one DC ... WA with no tunneling is the connection I would recommend.

was ok on my WA with lowerping last ngiht till nef HC , and whenever i got MC'd , my char lagged for a second. and bugged out an i cud run around with the MC! LOL! , so full stacks cuz i live in bad interwebs country ? :P was awesome! , but was stable entire ngiht with WA + LWOERP ING

cant nurf awesome classes. its illegal.
 
Same problems as me... I stopped tunneling traffic last night on Nef heroic, and all was smooth and fine. Sometimes also when the lava rises going into phase 2, causes weird issues with tunnels.
 
one day. i want to raid with a 20ms and see how much more dps i can do :P as im JUST keeping up with the other hunters ( we all at top ) and with slight delay. so cant wait 2 c without :O
 
Naaahh I wouldnt say Nef heroic is an ideal fight for hunters. Well in our raids at least its not ideal... since we have so much other jobs to do. Arcane mages with stolen magic buffs stacked up seems to rule that fight when they unleash their arcane missles with stacks up.

The one thing that truly is awsome, is cinders + disengage for hunters... I love it ! :)
 
yea :D jumping out an disengage back up :P awesomeness! , but all i gotta do on nef HC is frost trap an nuke :P not much harder than normal fights :D but chimaeron. thats! a hunter fight.
 
Hell no... in our raids we hunters have tons of responsibilities... MD'ing Bosses to tanks, when adds spawn, ensure the adds are all on the off tank, traps out in a controlled manner to ensure people have time to get tons of stolen magic stacks... so we are pretty much whole time ensuring traps are out at melee + ranged and sometimes even in between the portal paths.

Phase 2 we are responsible as interrupters as we get on the platform, just in case a melee / ranged interrupter cant get on the platform on time, so we kind of have to time our first interrupt with our ranged silencing shot.
Have to dismiss our pets prior to jumping on the pillars and resummon them since pets tend to have pathing issues and burn vrek in the lava.

Phase 3 our job is to ensure traps are out in a circular fashion as the raid rotates around... also loose adds that may break free / spawn free, we have to MD / Distracting shot them out to the off tank.
Thats just inbetween our jobs of DPS'ing + timing our damage reduction cooldowns at crackle intervals + focussing on our own stacks when we get MC'd... manage the pets to not maul fellow raider players being MC'd...

Had 2 x sub 1% wipes last night... love and hate the fight at the same time... SP's do stupid amounts of damage there as well....

ish, 2 x sub 1% wipes, thats harsh. We just farmed BWD HC last night and went to Bot, and it was a bit ouch thou on Nef HC with many new faces there.

You 4sure right, hunters have a way bigger job on that boss, its not just the usual faceroll. Thou I think the healers have an even more intense job and add tanks can get ugly also (We like using 2 warriors with the one just basically intercepting on elec, talented and glyphed)

All in all thou its a pretty easy fight imo, quite standard & scripted, rinse and repeat style.
