Does anyone have an email address for Mweb?

The chatbox when logging into ones account isn't monitored. I have been waiting an hour to get helped.

After going through the authentication and selection my options, "the phone line cannot help me at this time" is all I get.

Need to follow up with wife w.r.t to moving her mweb email to gmail. We cannot send emails whether from outlook or direct from the web email.

Chatbots goes in circles, kept the account active, cause my wife use it as her primary email, but she has been forced to use google more and more.
