Current 1GB All-Inclusive Bundle (ADSL line rental included) - No increase in blended cap amount.

Previous 1GB ADSL data cap (ADSL account only) - 1GB blended cap will be increased to 2GB.

Guys, Have you noticed that the Mweb Bandwidth meter is now more Real time? My last session was midnight last night but my amount used is constantly going up.. Is it just me or what?

My bandwith meter seems fine.Used 6,3 Mgbs only.That is for E Mail and bit of posting and surfing.

Nope, the line rental is through Telkom. Just the cap with Mweb.

Be patient maybe they doing it bit by bit e g by user name.My user name begins with c.

I think they may be doing it by the size of the cap. The bigger sizes first and then going lower.

Some feedback from our Operations Dept. The cap upgrade process was completed at 02h30 this morning, so all MWEB ADSL accounts should now reflect the new upgraded cap sizes.

Should you not be seeing this on your My Account control panel please PM me to investigate.
