Mweb fibre router wlan automatically disabling

So I get my mweb fibre router,the wr7010v2, and the wlan after 5-10 min of uptime, it automatically disables , then I have to relogin to the router and Re enable it, it's really frustrating, is there any fix to this or did they give me a faulty modem?

I'm not familiar with the Mweb router but sounds like a automatic switch off or switch off when idle setting. Have you logged in and looked for a setting like that.

There's no such setting, ive called mweb and they've made me change the power mode, and encryption method, if that doesn't work then they'll send me a new router.
