Hello - I have a MwebFON Router and I would like some guidance on how to limit specific users using the wifi (wireless devices - cellphones and tablets) from excessive downloading. I did download the manual but there isn't a section that covers this issue. Thanks...

Most basic routers cannot limit the downloading per user ,that router is one of them.

You need a mikrotik router ,it can limit the speed per user . ( Need some knowledge about mikrotik to set this up)
