MWEB Gaming Feedback

I don't have to know anything besides what my personal experience with the connection/account shows me. and besides , scroll up and you'll see 99% of the ppl that post here agrees/have the same experiences with their Mweb uncapped accounts. If you have a "friend" on mweb , why isn't he posting here instead of you? Aren't you getting tired of trolling already? I agree with DJstyles, can a mod/admin please remove the trollers from this thread?

I will not reply the way i wish to, because you clearly love to pick arguments that you will fail at. Why do you think the option "perfect for gaming" was removed from there original advertisement ? ;)

pretty much the reply I expected tbh, called you on your trolling and that's the best you had as a comeback. not going to debate the matter with you because frankly you don't have the gray matter as is painfully obvious in your posts ;-) , I'm done feeding the troll now

Mweb might have learned something in JHB this morning when the conferance was there with all the CEO's.. well i hope ;)

there is nothing to be solved m8, Mweb is blaming blizzard where it is not and handing out excuses like always, and btw its not just blizzard.. explain me why LOTRO lags and LoL and all other internationals games when i hit my mweb account on the router... is this still blizzard?
 
I wouldn't blame Will if he stops bothering to update us in this forum , a few bad apples can really spoils a thread, all we want is answers, if you wanna rant please start a new thread (kiddies ranting about m-web because they cant get any girls) perhaps a good topic ??

So you blatantly ignore other peoples complaints :/ I'm sorry but MWEB says one thing then does another, such as advertising that their "uncapped"(which I'll defend is actually uncapped if you don't mind them throttling you) is able to handle online gaming yet the latency is, in most online games, so high? Yes there are those who spam messages but i believe that they have the right to when MWEB doesn't deliver the services they advertise :/.

BUT... what really irritates me is when we have a representative on the forum doing his best ( posting till 11pm at night) to try and address the issue and then you have people giving him flack for it.

How many times have people moaned and complained about companies not having a representation on the forum, yet when they do, all they get cr@p from it's members? I know that this is a general statement and not all members on the forum falls into this category and for that i appologise, but i'm just sick and tired of peoples disregard to other who are trying to help.

Ah I see your point :/ at least MWEB is trying to buck up their ideas.

I think company reps are great to have on the forum. Where it starts to get irritating is when they are less than open about what their company is doing or they give a false impression to make their company look good. In Will's case, he's just refusing to answer a very basic question (x2). The thinking on his part (presumably) is that it will make his company look bad if he answers fully and frankly.

I would rather reps in general were here to help, rather than promote their products to the hilt. We are a knowlegeable bunch with a keen interest in technology, so we aren't easily fooled. Why do they even try ...?

The reaction he's getting is not even close to the "cr@p" category. In fact it's pretty mild considering the level of BS eminating from Mweb. Answer the questions please and stop giving us the "We'll look into it" routine. We never hear the outcome of the original problem and it doesn't help anyone that way.
