Regarding the performance issues for Call of Duty: Black Ops server browser and stats updates, we are in the process of isolating the setup of the COD master servers, that provide this information, to make sure that this international connection enjoys the same premium handling that we try to put in place for all international gaming-related traffic shares. We will try to have some changes in place this afternoon and will be monitoring the performance during the course of the evening.
We have also contacted our partners at Gameservers.com to see if they can provide us with additional information to improve the handling of the international component of the COD Blacks Ops traffic.
The management of international bandwidth is a key issue for us to keep customers happy, but it is a dynamic environment. However, we can assure you that gaming traffic receives the highest priority possible.
