The fastest speeds from MWEB are for sure coming from users from Cape.Town

i should specify that is nzbs - astraweb using ssl. http is fine.

I'm also looking at a 40-45kb/s max on my nzb's, and got a 4mb MWEB uncapped and using astraweb...this sucks...
