MWeb - Help with upgrading in Vuma / SADV area

I stay in an area where fibre was originally installed by SADV. However, since the Vuma / SADV merger, all ISPs currently list the area as not having fibre.

I currently have a working active fibre connection with MWeb, and would like to upgrade to a higher service. Trying to speak to anyone at the call centre results in no luck, as they check their website which lists the area as not having fibre and tell me it is not possible. I would like to know if there is someone at MWeb that might be able to help me with this issue?
 
I need to cancel mweb.. I am not getting any job from emails and the call centre is useless.. Who can guide me please
