im trying to connect to mweb shared servers. i cant on mobile connection and ftp, only on adsl. really cant drive for that now,

Do you have servers hosted in the shared data center or have have shared hosting with them?

If you have servers hosted in the shared data center then log a call or speak to your AM for raritan access
