Mweb: How to check data usage

How do you check your data usage on Mweb?

I tried http://myadsl.mweb.co.za/ but it throws up an error.

Also tried to login in my mail, doesnt work.

Cant find anything else after i sign-in.
 
Pops up right away when i log in through your link, should be under ADSL on the left side menu.
 
getting some wierd error message

Server Error in '/' Application.

The smi id 'some wierd number' has not been activated on SMI
 
used IE and firefox. Get the same issue

Cookies enabled. Tried again this morning and get the same error posted above.
 
Grrr... I have logged in, yet every link I click to try and get to my account, takes me to Products and Pricing. *headdesk*
 
Clear cookies, clear cache, ensure cookies are enabled, ensure THIRD PARTY cookies are enabled, ensure scripting is enabled.
