SEACOM-TENET is down again, but MWeb seems to have a small amount of SAT-3 bandwidth:

the operative word being 'small'
....Very small.....
SEACOM-TENET is back. Wonder how long before MWeb switches?

is this good news? :? haha
Im actually just being curious here but what is the issue with MWEB being up n down? Dont they get bandwidth from another supplier (seems to currently be Telkom) and then PAY for it, implying that they should be guaranteed the bandwidth from Telkom? (or whoever they are getting it from) And then lastly sharing it amongst their customers? Meaning we should be getting a constant international bandwidth, be it slow or watever, but THERE nonetheless?
Or is Telkom just dynamically supplying MWEB with bandwidth as they can? Hence the erratic conectivity?
Right now they don't have extra bandwidth yet, since Telkom didn't sell them anything extra. TENET have intermittent connectivity, and allowed MWEB to use it while it's up.
i got international but i have to refresh various times before the page loads and cant get on steam![]()

I wonder why we don't have any interesting local sites... (bored face)
