Nope. Working fine here, have you checked the network status page?
 
I'm timing out to many international sites - Facebook, Sky, CNN...

Some sites like Gmail are fine ?

I can confirm that we are not experiencing any international downtime at the moment.
 
Well Afrihost, WebAfrica and iBurst are timming out also on certain sites, are you sure about that?

There seems to be a broader upstream issue in Europe from what I can see along Level3/Telia.

Definitely something up. Unable to open Amazon.com but can open other international sites.

Try clearing your dns cache.

On windows, go
Start
Run
then type ipconfig /flushdns
press enter
reboot your pc
and try again

Also switch off your router, wait 30 seconds, then switch on again
