MWEB internet access slow

Hi:

Has anyone experienced very slow responses in reaching any international website?
This is happening over the last few days.
I have a fibre connection (100mb) and my download test is consistently around 40mbps

Yes, I have had very slow speeds (anything from 5mbps to 20 mbps) on a 200mbps fibre line with MWeb and Frogfoot (I am based in Cape Town). The problem started with the undersea cable breaks which affected my ping. Since 18 Feb, when both the cables had been fixed, my ping went back to normal but my international download speed has been terrible.
