Hi there,

I signed up at Mweb for a 3GB DSL capped account and recently got capped. I noticed being able to access local websites. Is this normal? how much data can I use from this point onwards? Is there a local cap from here on out as well or is it unlimited local usage?

Hi Fredvl

You get upto 10Gb local access as stipulated on our website.

Oh yes, I forgot about that. Thanks! Been on uncapped so long I've forgotten how it is to go back to capped. I see the "MY ACCOUNTS' section on the Mweb site is currently down. Would I be able to monitor my usage from there, once it is operational again?

Yes, you should be able to monitor it via My Account when it's back up.
