MWEB Mail outage

I have a number of clients affected by the MWEB outage. This started early this morning.

Outage No: 91386 - Members may experience delays in receiving mail

What is going on?
 
Affecting our Microsoft Exchange servers as well, not sure if it's related.
 
At one client we forward outgoing mail to MWEB. I will change the outgoing mail if it is not resolved soon.
Some clients just love their MWEB addresses despite there being so many better options....
 
Remote Server at smtp.mweb.net (196.35.198.134) returned '400 4.4.7 Message delayed'
2015-10-05 11:32:40 AM - Remote Server at smtp.mweb.net (196.35.198.134) returned '441 4.4.1 Error encountered while communicating with primary target IP address: "Failed to connect. Winsock error code: 10060, Win32 error code: 10060." Attempted failover to alternate host, but that did not succeed. Either there are no alternate hosts, or delivery failed to all alternate hosts. The last endpoint attempted was 196.35.198.134:25'

All day long.....
 
Yup, had to change settings for a number of clients as well.

First time in 3 years thou.
 
Impossible to get through to their premier call centre. On hold for over 20 minutes already
 
This is getting ridiculous, i changed the SMTP relay on our exchange server to use MX records to send as Mweb's SMTP has taken a dump, and because we are on MWEB static IP's our IP is blacklisted no no mail is getting delivered.

MWEB you need to seriously get your ***** in order ASAP!
 
Still on hold for their premier call centre. 30 minutes and counting. Great service MWEB.

Not so long ago they had a few hosted servers and the backup environment go down, it was chaos - they kept it very hush hush! Run as far as you can from MWEB. If there are x2 ISP's im surprised they are still around its MWEB and Afrihost.

Is there an alternate outgoing smtp we can use until you get this sorted?

Maybe one on IS?

Not acceptable MWEB - this is causing lots of business interruption - I will be advising clients to move off your mail asap.
 
Was wondering what some family were bitching about ..... so glad my Mweb email is just my personal, feel sorry for businesses
