If I didn't have a R1800 cancellation fee, I'd have done this weeks ago.I was on MWEB long ago, I had packet loss for over 6 months, constant calls from their best "techs", it was never fixed, as soon as I moved to Afrihost, all sorted instantly
I highly suggest you move to Afrihost if you don't want any issues with packetloss, if you have issues, Afrinatic and Afrigirl are here to fix any issues you have
Edit: I am also on MetroFibre and 1Gbps and only had 2 disconnect since moving to Afrihost and one of those disconnects was Metros fault
Pretty sure Afrihost can cover cancellation fees @AfriNatic or @Afrigirl does it apply here?If I didn't have a R1800 cancellation fee, I'd have done this weeks ago.
The last call I received from Mweb was that they are unsure what the issue is, as all the pings and trace routes seem fine...
Hi. If the client incurred a cancellation fee with their ISP when migrating to us, we credit the fee from the R5000 sign-up promotion as soon as the client has submitted proof of payment for the cancellation fee.Pretty sure Afrihost can cover cancellation fees @AfriNatic or @Afrigirl does it apply here?
