unfortunately if its in the T&C its not a scam or extortion, though if by your definition you mean a mscam is defined as "an act committed by another party that directly or indirectly contravenes the understanding of a prior agreement or contract" then yes it is a mscam lol

mail i got from mweb. this is what i asked for from the start. but they could only fix it after over charging me R140.
this means they got all my mails. and made a mistake and i should not be charge extra?
if they did respond faster to my queries it would have cut off at 3gb.
