Mweb or Telkom

I am currently on a MWeb uncapped 4mbps account and have been throttled 2 days after apparently being reset and have problems understanding why and I thought I should upgrade to a premium account of 4mbps because I doubt I will be throttled by going over 400GB but I hear Telkom 4mbps uncapped is extremely good and can't decide as I am extremely upset with Mweb but I am willing to give them another chance I just don't want to waste money

If you don't want to waste money I don't know why you're considering Mweb and Telkom.
