You're forgetting that the last two or three days random disconnects were common.

Video streaming sites like youtube have slowed down.

The disconnects is to through download managers offline.

Thanks GingerBeer. Can anyone elaborate on the T&C changes? Is latency worse for gaming than it was two months ago? Same question about shaping.

Gaming for me ( Eve international, BFBC2 local ) has been fine. SAIX game servers have been up to shi* the last few days but it's not my connection as everyone else in the game complained of the same thing at the same time.

As to shaping, whatever I need to download still does so can't really talk.
