Varsity internet is slow, but my internet as home is fine (mweb 4mb)

I didn't have any issues with Mweb at home or at work today.

The University of Stellenbosch has only 600Mbps at their disposal, but it seems to be limited to 250Mbps or at least the max that I've seen on their MRTG graphs indicate 250Mbps max.
The fastest download speed that I've achieved was 33MB/s from a single server in Italy
