So I've been happily using their LTE product until last night...
About 1:30 am or so this morning I got a screen saying my LTE data was finished & that I needed to contact my ISP.
Wut?
So I went to sleep.
At 7 am I fired off a request via their (useless) website to ask wtf was actually going on.
Zero response.
I then looked at my queries, and found out that some droid has mistakenly allocated a cancellation request for a FIBER link to MY account & that said cancellation would take place when AND ONLY WHEN I paid a "clawback" amount of R1700 +-
So this morning I tried calling.
HA!
"We cannot complete your call please try again later."
So I logged a support ticket.
This was before 8 am mind you.
No response and it is now...<checks> 15H04
I commented on the ticket that not only had they cancelled my connectivity but also my email account (ffs!)
No response.
I then logged a separate ticket with Accounts telling them they cancelled my account for no reason and had in fact ALREADY BILLED ME FOR MARCH!
No response.
I have tried calling, but Accounts calls cannot be completed & support calls are not answered.
I have come to the conclusion that MWeb are in Cahoots with satan.
