EVERY CUSTOMER HAV THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN AND NO EXCUSES IS ACCEPTED TO BE PASSED AS A LEGIT REASON FOR YOU TO PAY FOR NOTHING, if you pay a hooker for not even any service, thats ur problem. MWEB can atleast pick up the phone and say we are aware of the problem we hav contacted your usptream provider and is working on the problem. period.

My point of view is, im paying R550 for crap, to have a crap week tired of stress from work, wana play some wow, hon, watch trash on youtube. then i get this, comon, what have i, and you done to deserve this? So we have the right to complain, to enshure that MWEB get on the case of SEACOM!
