FYI, 3.7mb file down in 2 and a half minutes at an average 24.0k?? (4mb uncapped)This is my server in the states that I regularly burst to 15mb up and down. My laptop was plugged directly into my router bypassing all the other variables.

I have tested this more than once, everytime my other ISP zips down at full 4mb..
