I do not believe the MWEB Guy. How can someone using 60Gb be throttled when he says the threshold is higher. It is like a salesman bs-ing about some product that he knows full well is below spec, but continues to be in denial

Openweb is the answer. Go for the cheapest offering

You are misunderstanding, if he's downloaded 60gb since the start of the month, no wonder he's throttled if the last figure is his 30 days
 
We have already established the limit is 100gb for 1mbps. If he's sitting at 120gb (as he implies) it's obvious that he will be over. What MWEB have failed to do is give customers an understanding of how the throttling works. I'm really not sure why MyBB aren't churning out article after article on this as it's such easy content.

Probably because the limit is 100gb for 1mbps for the moment, it could change at any time when mweb sees their margin decreasing, the article will have to be updated everytime Derek buys a new sports car.

Does good will measure towards share price? If the company have taken these measures to stop running at a loss then maybe the board should review the reason why they introduced the business model in the first place.
