MWEB has announced the signing of an Access Point Name (APN) agreement with Cell C which will enable the ISP to offer its own customised mobile data packages to MWEB customers as of 29 October 2013.

On their website. Just checked. Seems they are basically just re-selling it for the same price as Cell C? Maybe they have not had a chance to do their own bundles and pricing.

Seems like a error - under Cell C 3G it states a minimum contract length of 12 months:
