Dude, read the maintenance threads, be lucky you CAN browse , most other ISPs using Seacom are down completely.

An international proxy server is only useful if someone can access it. If they can access international traffic, they have no particular need for a proxy server. Thanks, but not helpful IMO...

SEACOM is still down today (Mon 26th), and the alternative bandwidth is heavily congested (being a weekday...)
