What's the point just keep your line with telkom.

I love mweb but this is just pathetic.

IMO this isn't something to make headlines, this is just something that would have been adjusted on your mweb invoice when you receive and think to yourself, ah so these guys adjusted according to Telkom's decrease, smile and then move on.
 
Okay wait - Telkom reduces the line rental fee by R37 and we get an R11 reduction?

I dont quite understand - is it to "cover technical support in case of line failure or problems" from Mweb side or does Mweb pay Telkom a little more for the rental?
 
All ISPs AFAIK are allowed to pass the savings onto us but do so at their discretion. So MWEB = FAiL :/

R11 decrease isn't news worthy considering Telscum reduced their price by R37. What a joke M-Web

What exactly is the point of having the "all inclusive" now? If it costs the same, I'm just moving my line to Telkom. That way I can move relatively quickly incase they try some of that "shaping" business I keep hearing so much about on me. Keeping the all-inclusive just doesn't make sense anymore, there's zero benefits.

People have issues for months and barely a peep, but an R11 discount and 3 articles are made.

I'm beginning to wonder that as well. I mean I love MWEB but this is ridiculous.

Anyone else notice that the link to the forum in the article has mysteriously vanished?? :wtf:
