Good Day Pansyfaust, you need to complete the ADSL line migration application to have your line migrated to MWEB.
Would you like me to forward the request?

My apologies, for some reason I could not access your account. I was now able to retrieve your MWEB account details after restarting my PC.
You say that the problem is been on going between MWEB and Telkom, however your line is not with MWEB. We therefore cannot log any faults with Telkom on your behalf.
I have checked your line readings and your MWEB account now and they both seem fine.
We have no reported issues in your area at the moment either.
Please have Telkom recreate your port, before we troubleshoot your hardware.
I have done all of the above. I know my line is with TELKOM and I logged a complaint on the 11th of Jan. I also know that the both of you keep blaming each other but the end result is always the same I have poor internet speed or no internet at all.
Both you and Telkom say its each others fault or there is no faults.
Go back to the 11th of Jan and see the list of communication between us.
I will check again tonight to see if it is back and will again send you another message.
I was told buy you or some other MWEB Guy that my problem has been passed to your tech support is that true ? have they found anything or resolved anything

MWebGuy,
Check your PM - I'm highly confused\irate
I am getting huge amounts of packet loss between every 5-10 seconds. Is there something up with the Mweb network, if not who must I light a fire underneath to get them to sort this problem out?
Hi MWEB Guy
I have not been able to stream any video from about 11pm last night. It seems to be the same problem that came up on this thread last week(monday I believe).
Atm I'm trying to watch a stream on Twitch.tv
Well just got into Dota and it seems to be lagging aswel, also streaming from other sites like youtube seems to be really bad.
Seems to have fixed itself again, will post trace if I run into this problem again, tnx
Hi mweb guy, how are you doing?
May i please have a port reset? My internet isnt doing too good. No matter if i change the isp or mode, the link stays connected but i cant connect my dial-up accounts or connect through pppoe.
Lamens terms: Internet light doesnt come on but adsl stays on constantly(note i have paid my account). This happens every odd hour...Thanks!

Mwebs Hosted Exchange is also down, has been up and down this morning. They must be having some issues.
I will attempt to do the Telkom test account tonight.
I do not know how you are measuring diconnections but 3 times over the weekend lasting for 12 hours or more is excessive.
I have previously provided tracers from the UK and MWEB but I will do it again later tonight when I get home.

PS
Over 9 months of no problems 3.4mbps all the time and then just under one month of 0.8 to 1.4 to 1.8 most of the time, no internet for about 8 days and about three times for about two hours at 3.4mbps since the lightning storm on the 9th of Jan.
I think that there is a problem no matter what you say.
I have been told before by MWEB Guy and Telkom that there is a problem and then told there is no problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Come on who are you trying to kid??????
