Thanks for the quick reply @Mweb Guy... All seems fine now. Was having problems with my emails but seems that I jumped the gun.. Everything running fine now..
 
Hmmmmm can't login at all today (redacted ac number). Payments were made on time but now tears are shed!

[Edit] AND AFTER 5 HOURS IT LIVES! Not sure if Mwebguy had to sort things out or not but that's a load off.

I'm seriously thinking of cancelling my account with MWEB, terrible service. From terrible download speeds to crappy service. Can't for the life of me get a hold of them support desk. FML

Join the club. Feel like Mweb is getting away with murder in broad daylight. Constant screwing of line speed.

Mweb: Here is your 4Mb line!
Me: Yay 100Kbps speed! where is my 4Mbps?
Mweb: Enjoy your 4Mb line!

Also advise what you are getting 100Kbps on, whether it be downloads. If downloads, what type of downloads?
 
MWEB Guy, i just tried out a trial account from afrihost & there's a huge difference in download speeds. So it's definitely an issue from your side.
 
Any buggers on the Mweb business side?
Can't access our dedi server, our other one is veeeeeeeery slow :(

Increased international latency since last night. Any explanation for this? It is rather annoying when gaming.
 
Definitely something odd going on. Internet just seems to slow to a crawl at random intervals...
Resetting the router seems to fix it for me, but its still somewhat frustrating.
 
I am also experiencing extremely slow speeds on my 4mbps uncapped account. Youtube is unwatchable and transfers from my server at rackspace are going at a under 5KB/s. Even browsing to local sites is really slow.

However ping times are normal with little to no packet loss. Strange.

Tried an account from another provider to test if its not maybe congestion?
 
Getting extremely slow speeds this side.
Torrents are barely moving and regular web pages are timing out to the extreme.

Problem only goes away for a few minutes if I restart the router.

What is going on??
