lol reluctantly I had to go in to the office to work and now the internets are not working...........
 
Hi All

We are currently having slow international browsing, email and other internet service due to a Seacom link failure. Our engineers are investigating with Seacom.

Traffic has already been rerouted. We apologies for any inconvenience during this time.
 
on twitter they are saying international down because of a seacom link failure.
So glad my home connection is with Afrihost at least they have better redundancy.
 
My afrihost account details are in my online mail, which I cant access hahaa, fail :D
 
These things happen, was wondering why it was so slow this morning. I'll switch over to my backup ISP until its back.

Don't you have a smartphone and/or desktop mail client? Accessing email through a browser seems archaic.

I didn't say Gmail was old fashioned, I said accessing email through a web browser is. If Outlook is too complicated, Windows Live Mail is awesome. And who doesn't have mail on their phone?

You're doing something wrong if a desktop client is slower than the web browser. You just open the application and wait a second for your mail.
 
This is BS. I cant even open MyBB on MWEB? that has f all to do with Seacom. On my Afrihost account now to post.

It Takes like 2 minutes just to open MWEB.co.za ????
