Yep. EVE Online keeps dc'ing for me. I can't hear the guys on teamspeak 3 due to all the choppiness.

Horrible spike in latency (250-450m) and packet loss (> 30%) to the UK (from Cape Town) since 18.50. Tracert seems to indicate a router failure in London (Level3.net), not the usual congestion we had previously.

Dead for me too, had to switch to backup account.
Even local seemed sluggish to me, international was dead slow.
