Hi intensive

If you look at your 1st Hop already it be possibly something close to home or a congestion issue.

We have no control over congestion. Have you asked Telkom to look into your line?

Mine is still dead, port has been recreated and fault logged with Telkom, now the wait.
 
MWEB Guy is there any way you could check if someone actually logged the fault for my line?

Put in cancellation on the 4th of June.

Call in today as the debit order for this month went off. (30 days notice)

Get told that the account will only be cut off on the 4th of August.
