Jeeesh also having issues, Telkom say my line is perfect, even reset the port. Getting knocked off and speeds international are under 2mb on a 10mb line - 4mb uncapped.
Shocking :mad:
 
Fecking slow. Could hardly do online banking but yet MyBB was working.

From the tracert test you provided the 2nd hop is very high. This can be a possible cause of a congested exchange.

Have you asked Telkom to check if you on a congested exchange.

You can also do continuous tests during the day and week, which will help you paint a picture of when your exchange is busy.

I have to reboot my router every 20 to 30 min now logged a call with Telkom no response yet so no Idea if I'm on a congested exchange it's getting worse everyday it seems
