That's just crappy. I see that there is still an open fault on your account and will update it with your latest feedback. I'll also ask the relevant department to contact you tomorrow and provide you with an update.

Not getting any download speed at all, not in the day or at night or weekend... 4Mbit uncapped and less than 10kb/s on p2p. Is there something going on with the network? Been like this for 5 days +

Please advise if you only having p2p speed issues and what speeds are you getting on normal downloads?

Also note that we have never guaranteed p2p speeds and have been transparent about p2p on numerous occasions on the forum.

We have no Network issues relating to p2p. All Network related issues can be obtained via our notice board:

No. Was just comparing my current speeds to the situation Tim182 says he's experiencing.

To be honest, with the overheads removed, I can't see spending another 170 bucks for the increase I will get...

Sorted, reset and restarted router and seems fine again, speeds back to normal. Maybe there was an issue on the exchange somewhere...
 
My internet died and has been down for about the last hour. Been dead several times the past two weeks. Not nice!

I checked the account and line and it seems the line is irrregular. I would suggest contacting Telkom and have them re-create the port or look at a possible line fault.
 
International feels like we're sharing that one 56K modem again....

Update: Seems to be resolving itself. test site (cnn.com) is still not even starting to load though ... ?

Update: My plan worked. Posting here has resolved the situation ;)
