Why haven't your technical team replied to my email? Why do i have to resort to this forum?
Shoddy customer service, and on top of this im paying extra because my line speed is 2mb. This extra charge was NEVER highlighted by your call centre salesperson when i signed up earlier this year, but I have to live with it eh?

Hi wikk3d88

Tell me to which email address have you sent this mail to?
Also send me your mweb details so that I can investigate.

I, for one, and bloody chuffed at the fact I don't have to sit on the phone, or wait for e-mails to get a response from MWEB.

Plus it has the benefit of taking place in public which cuts the bull**** out, both on MWEB's and our part.

Same bro, same ..... wish there would be some feedback. I reckon it's an issue with the Durban IPC because like, a whole lot of Durban people are having the issue but what do we know right

Yeah, I agree bro. IPC congestion is hardly ever spoken off when these problems surface.

Hi Space_Chief

Have you perhaps done another test after that? If so is it still the same?

Please send me your MWEB account details.

Dear MWEB Guy,

The problem's intermittent, friend. Right *NOW* it's better and things seem OK. But last night I had disconnections again, and modem red LED turned on for a several minutes, plus authentication was an issue - it would take forever to authenticate even though it was syncing OK. Then again I don't know if my problems are related. People in general have issues with slow speeds AND on top of that I have connection problems of an intermittent nature from last Saturday. Before last Saturday I had no connection problems at all.

This morning I connected without problems. It seems the problem occurs later in the evenings although during the day on Friday there were also connection issues. Curiously from about 1:00 am this morning all issues went away.

If you're saying there's no problem with your b/w supply, as you manager said on Thursday, I can only think it's because you're oversubscribed. The speeds were so bad.

Now MWEB has called me. The tech was supposed to call between 18:30 and 19:00 and someone did call but hung up as soon as I got to the phone. I am skeptical whether this tech can help as I have already spoken to a tech on Tuesday and he couldn't help me as the speedtest on Saix.net he asked me to run - he does not believe in speedtest.net - showed a solid 4Mbit/sec speed.

Thanks.

Hi Space_Chief

I assume you have an open fault log on your account.

Please send me your MWEB account details and I'll inform the technical specialist of your latest feedback.

Thanks for the account details.

I see there is an open fault which we are dealing with. I will update it as mentioned with your latest feedback.

355-375ms again ...... last week it was bloody 275. Something is so very obviously not right for us Durban guys yet nothing from Mweb.

Hi Mephisto_Helix

Are you having speed issues?

EDIT: Just as I posted I see your post.

Hi Fox1

Please provide me with your MWEB account details and I'll do some checks for you.

Not so good here

Slower than 71% of SA lol

Streaming is quite sluggish tonight. Mind you, my overall internet experience this past week has felt quite slow, and I could feel quite a bit more lag in Guild Wars 2.
Is there an ongoing issue, or is it just me?
