Hi Shuyin

Is browsing, downloads, gaming slow? What seems to happening?

Browsing seems fine, the major problem is downloads and gaming gw2/borderlands2 getting alot of Jitter on the line. also downloading a large files form work to home 100mb-3gb via torrent and its like 1.2kbs and not my usual 400kbs...

This was done with nothing running in the background, the torrents was stopped?

Yes

I can see on DU Meter if something is using my line then i go into netlimiter and it shows me what program it is then i kill it. At that moment there was nothing running

Just lo give you an idea:

Netlimiter with just the overheads running: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/5466028/Netlimiter1.jpg
Netlimiter with torrents open: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/5466028/Netlimiter2.jpg

Call me paranoid lol

International sites are timing out every few minutes, news server is dead, high pings when gaming ......... even my supersport streaming yesterday was jumpy.

MH I had the same from the start of the month

Good Day MWEB Guy

I am struggling with my line, at the moment i am on my spare

What happens is the line is ok for 10 secs or so and then it dies. I have to refresh the page a few times to get it up again.

It happens via wifi on my fone as well, IE and FF does the same.

Can you please reset my account on you side

Hi All

Your international experience/feedback has been noted.

I have now asked our engineers to double check and see if we have any International issues.

You know I'll keep you posted :-)

Hi,

I am having a bit of an annoyance on my connection. My international ping playing WoW on my Mweb is usually around 200-220ms, it's at 240-260 ms now and it sometimes jumps to over 300. This has been for the past week now I thought it would just pass, but it seems to have stuck. I have tested with my FNBConnect account and I my ping is 205ms World and 199 Home. It might not seem like a big deal, but the extra ms is really annoying at times.

Please help out.

Hi Commander Jaco

I have refreshed your MWEB account. Please allow for 30min to pass then reboot router.

Also note one can't compare an FNB account with ours as there are definitely different protocols.

Hi MWEB Guy.

Could you please refresh my account or something. My speeds are really annoying me now. At the moment it feels like I'm back on a 384 product instead of 2mbs.

Something seems to be wrong @ mweb. I cant even play on local servers with a 10mb uncapped account. My ping wont go lower than 150ms.
