Please provide me pings and tracers to local and international websites using your MWEB and Axxess accounts.

Great, that 2Mbps limit is back again on my account. Really getting sick and tired of this now.

Good evening, please provide me the username you are currently connecting with.

Please provide me a one with your MWEB account, conditions do change from day to day.

How can MWeb sell a 4mbps account then limit me to 2mbps? I might as well just downgrade my account to 2mbps uncapped but I am worried I will only get 1mbps then....

yes, but Youtube is running at full speed tonight, So Ill use you tube instead tonight.

Thanks for the feedback, let me know if your problem with speeds happen more frequently and we will do some testing from our side.

Im on 1mb uncapped, paying an additional rental fee because telkom upgraded the line to 2mb, and im getting what i guess a 512kb line feels like. Not quite as shyt as 384, but thats not saying much now is it.
Seriously considering changing ISPs if this service continues

The ping in WoW is 30ms higher than always, but at least there seems to be no packet loss.
The packet loss has come and gone a couple of times though, so I'm not gonna breathe a sigh of relief just yet.

Ping to WoW quite high, in the 800-1200ms range. In JHB

Good Evening AcidRazor, there was a problem in JHB earlier today. Please let me know if you have rebooted your router as yet?
