Seem to be getting a lot of packet loss/disconnections.

Some sites don't load properly or I have to refresh a lot.

Youtube is terrible, streamds stop buffering, have to refresh page etc;

What details can I provide from KZN?

my upload is just verry slow,it used to be -+50 but i dont upload alot is its fine,just wondering

I had the same traceroute problems with some other sties (international too) randomly.

There is a fault in durban according to telkom when i spoke to them earlier. So if you in durbs that might be the reason.

Also from me NNTP still only going at between 1-30kb/s

This could be related to the line fault that is still open on your account.
 
Hi Mweb guy, quick one. We trying to close our account but we were told that we have to give a 3 month notice?!!! There is nothing of this mentioned in either of the T&C's that I can see. What is this?

Yesterday I have received a sms from Telkom that the line fault has been resolved.

Keep in mind that I'm downloading the file as a free RS user. Rapidshare has recently announced that free RS users will be able to download at full speed from now on.

We usually require one calendar months notice for cancellations.
Tell me have you perhaps signed up for that special we were offering where you sign up for 6 months and get 2 months free ?

I will get our third party team to get hold of Telkom and to contact you with an update.
