MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback - Part 2

My line is still dead. For some reason my mail comes omes in. But that is it. My Dropbox is dead my Skype is dead can you play reset my line on your side I dud a reboot reset the modem and the wifi. but still
My line says connected but there is no data flowing

I signed up to MWEB 2Mbps Uncapped about 45 minutes ago and it's still dead as a doornail. I can see it connect on the router, I can ping www.mweb.co.za but everything else is dead.

I did everything correct through the sign up procedure, providing copy of physical address and id. I also double checked banking details and anything I might've gotten wrong, etc. I also received the sms with user/pass with a go ahead to connect but I can't login to the mweb portal either.

What gives?

I've heard Mweb is changing their fair usage policy for the worse soon. Is this true?
 
Is there any chance of price changes in the near future with Telkom's new uncapped prices?
 
When are we going to hear about Mwebs new pricing structure given Telkoms pricing change announced today?

We consistently relook at our product offerings and at how we can improve.

If/when our product pricing does change we will be sure to let everyone know.
 
The servers are getting hammered, so I am not laying this at MWEB's door, but I have also heard of people overseas who have managed to download the game client in tens of minutes:

If there's anything you guys can do to help, that'd be great.

I have managed aprox 200 megs of 5.5 gigs since this morning...

So basically thats a "not anytime soon" answer then?

If so, I hope you are prepared for a lot of people to be leaving then. At R369pm for a 4meg account from Telkom, your price is not even vaguely justifiable anymore.

+1 on this one. Downloading at about 6-20kbps :(

What seems to be affected, browsing, gaming, downloads, etc?

Can you do a speedtest on our server and let me know what the results are.
