Hi MWEB GUY, is it possible to downgrade ones MWEB account to something cheaper? IE to an 1GB capped account and if so when does it take affect?

Seriously....WTF?!?
Everything was fine for the past week (after the Youtube issues etc.).
Now EVERYTHING is super slow.. :(

Download Speed: 649 kbps (81.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 510 kbps (63.8 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 12 ms

Hi there, I'm on mweb 4meg uncapped, recently our internet slows down tremendously at night but during the day it seems fine. Any idea what's going on? This never happened before

Can you provide a trace route.

Please do a traceroute and let me know what the results are.
 
Simple solution = Cancel everything Mweb, sign up with different ISP, done!

Steam takes forever to log in, Youtube is non-existent, and all downloads are DEFINITELY shaped even though they say it's not. I am no longer paying for this thing they call PREMIUM Uncapped. I feel sorry for the guys on the new shaped accounts...

Download Speed: 898 kbps (112.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 501 kbps (62.6 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: -1 ms

Hi Guys

There are no reported issues with international that we aware of. Have you rebooted the router for a couple of minutes and tested after that?
