MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback - Part 3

Ok it's a Telkom related issue because I have tested another ISP and still same problems. They obviously placed me on single pipe with everybody until upgrades to the exchange take place :( my Internet is dead just have to be patient and wait for Telkom

During the upgrades all sorts of strange things are going on - not ISP but Telkom. Saw on a different discussion today all sorts af areas are dead.... Telkom problems.

Been having slowish internet and impossible to play on LOL with constant ping spikes for the last 3 days. Can you reset my port or something ~_~

Please have Telkom refresh the ADSL port.

It has been stukkend for quite a while now. Unfortunately this causes a problem on Monday morning with so many wonderful things happening on Sunday in the US. I did ask earlier if news server traffic is being shaped, but I don't think we'll get a straight answer. Especially not while this is the haters-b-haters thread.

Morning Guys, I have escalated the query to our network team to do some testing from our side.
 
shows im connected, but says no internet access on pc network panel, my afrihost account is working so it cant be my router.
tried restarting a few times and still nothing.

Have you tried hard resetting your router and setting it up again?

Uh if his router is accepting the Afrihost credentials, why would it need a hard reset to accept the MWeb credentials? I would recommend making sure that there aren't any stored passwords associated with your router's IP address. I found with my old Netgear it would revert to the saved username and password if there was a password error etc. What browser are you using?
 
But its showing me as conected

Your account is also showing a router connection.

Are you obtaining the error message on more than one device?

Are you testing with your device connected to your router via cable?
