So anything been picked up? I've sent my details in a private message to you last week. I believe plenty of people are still having issues.

Funny how every person who I've spoken too that's on Mweb are having issues with Diablo 3, soon as they get the 1Gb Free Afrihost account their problems are sorted.

MOrning, I have now sent a follow up to our gaming team to verify if they have picked up anything.

I am waiting on a response.

Anyone else having problems playing Diablo 3? For the last 2 days I could not play, my ping is 0 and then I get kicked, or I just cant join a game. The game does work if I use my phone or another internet source...

my mweb 2 meg account is running terribly. youtube, http downloads, torrent.

switched to an afrihost free 1 gig account, and now my downloads are fine...

Anyone else having unstable line speeds? Im downloading songs from iTunes and it starts fast then slows down to a halt then speeds up again...been like this the whole time.

As far as I know, that is very bad....

I cant even ping the Diablo 3 server....

I had this problem last night and have been having similar issues for the past few weeks. I eventually had to change to my free 1Gb Afrihost acc as my 2Mb Premium uncapped Account was performing so poorly. Basically I get massive lag spikes (as high as 2500ms) which seem to happen randomly throughout the evening. Sometimes it continues this way until I 1) change my acc or 2) change my DSL username (see details below).

I have found a workaround of sorts by changing my Mweb DSL username in the router e.g. I replace @mweb.co.za with @dslmweb.co.za and vice verse. This often solves the issue, however last night not even this helped. I was also having problems with Skype disconnecting randomly (I sometimes Skype friends while playing D3).

Some assistance would be appreciated.

EDIT: I just checked and according to my Account (on the Mweb website) I have used 70Gb so far and am unthrottled.

I am so damn sad lately playing my favourite game diablo 3. While in town the latency is normal 178ms or so. When i go into a party of 4 doing rift, bang its like cant move with my 2600+ latency, constantly red. I know for a fact I am being shaped even tho i have only downloaded around 50gb for this month as it says i am unthorttled. This is on a 4mb premium uncapped. I tested a free VPN service and constantly 175+ ms. This only happens in the evening, like an hour ago from writing this. Please fix or I will go elsewhere.

My main problem with diablo 3 is when I am in town no problems as soon as i join the rift it goes 1583+ ms, please explain mweb.I have 0 things in background verified by using netlimiter which shows me bandwidth of connection.

I've been having issues logging in LoL, and Hearthstone - Hearthstone half the time won't work once logged in as it constantly disconnects.

Use my FNB account and it works fine and given the previous problems in this thread there is obviously an issue with mweb. Please resolve it.

Plenty of people on here have complained about Diablo 3 issues, so surely there's a issue. Have you techs been monitoring my connection as discussed in a previous post? Cause last night it was completely unplayable again. Thanks to Afrihost/Axxess I could play Diablo 3 again.

You (@Mwebguy) will seriously have to start escalating this or you will be losing plenty of customers.

All that I can recommend the others on here who are having issues with Diablo 3 is, sign up for the 1Gb free Afrhost account or Trial the 3Gb Axxess account. I have used them everytime my game became unplayable and have not had any issues. Several of my friends have had the same issues and using the Afrihost or Axxess accounts fixed their problems as well.

I can confirm this as well, I have a few friends using Mweb Premium Uncapped accounts and we all have the same issues. Often at the exact same times. One of them has already swopped over to Afrihost permanently because of this.
