Morning all, our network in JHB is running at reduced capacity due to Telkom link failures, customers in this region may experience slow speeds and degraded service.
This is currently causing high call volumes and increased hold time in our call centre.

Has anything been wrong with MWEB lately? My pings in game and browsing at night this past week have had dreadful moments and I know a few people on MWEB that had this issue, not everyone though.

So I'm close to leaving MWEB after about 5 years cause this has been happening daily now every night. (Slow internet, caused by all that jitter, takes forever to browse and in-game pings or sitting on 200)
Download Speed: 1571 kbps (196.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 431 kbps (53.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 93 ms
Jitter: 45 ms

Reset router and it's fine for a short while again, even used a different router as well and my port/line has been reset multiple times lately.
