Proof. I want it! If you are claiming that I, for one, have bypassed your shaping policy (and got an abuse letter AND got throttled for it within two weeks, not even a month, after receiving said letter!) you are smoking your socks!

The very reason I joined MWeb in the first place was their advertising that they applied SHAPING, not throttling, to regulate user traffic. So, as long as you do not circumvent their shaping policy, you are good to go.

Apparently not. They also, without warning, introduced thresholds without informing anyone. So I took my business elsewhere.

FTR: I have experienced other ISPs before joining.

Yep I also got threatened with a ban for torrenting but I wasn't doing anything to bypass shaping. The torrent was flying at full speed but I assumed their shaping protocol would kick in when needed, it didn't and then I was blamed for their cock up.

So, MWEB Guy what was that comment you made a few weeks ago about it only being 5 guys that were pi$$ed with MWEB .... mmm .... Another Oopsie then? :sick:
No don't bother to apologise to me or the 4 others that you had a go at, rather be .... disdainful ... and pretentious, wouldn't want to be out of character for MWEB.
 
I know this probably isn't the right place but what is going on with mwebs Dota servers?? Is it full of Russian refugees? There is zero space available and when you do get on they are unstable as shizz.
