Ok cool, I'd like to give this a try.
Just some concerns.
I'm on the 1mb premium, funnily enough I've done nearly 70gigs for November, if I change to
the 2mb standard, is there a possibility of being throttled in the next 2 days?
And back to my initial question, when will we be able to switch between the two on my account?

To clear things up.

Can you upgrade or downgrade your packages to the new packages now or do you have to wait until the 2nd December for the new packages/prices to be automatically upgraded?

Afternoon, that will depend on the package you are on.

The standard packages should be automatically upgraded. referring to 2MB to 4MB, 4MB to 6MB.

YOu can request the upgrade/downgrade with me as well.

No ETR as yet...

Hi Mweb Guy,

It is my one (own) personal account which utilises the Mweb outgoing mail server. I tested it this morning and everything seems to be in working order now.

Before I PM you....

My gf is currently on a 1Mbps Premium line (R199).

Can you upgrade her to the 2Mbps standard line (R199) without her having to wait until next week?

Same price, different line speed.
