MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback - Part 3

Aargh! I am going to cry. I spend the whole week downloading Elder Scrolls Online, after trying for ages to get into the Beta, and now you guys are down.

Exactly the same situation here. Lagging terribly ingame and I can't even open up Speedtest.net.

AH is flying... doesn't seem that OW has any problems either.
 
Fracking hell!
International is up to crap. Facebook works ok-ish. Twitter is almost non existent.
Off to FNB Connect for me till it gets fixed up

Try getting a Trial account from one of the other ISP's. It should give you some time to play over the weekend.

Stupid MWEB FON router does not want to switch to Afrihost account. It switches initially then after a few seconds goes back to MWEB..... dumb stupid greedy MWEB

Ah, that old dirty telkom tricks.

If you can get the FON in to bridge, you should be able do dsl dialup though it with windows...

My Afrihost account works on the new router just fine

Interesting because I set it about 4 or 5 times and it would default to MWEB after a few seconds. MWEB support confirmed this. The only way to do this is to do what Necuno suggested and that's working fine, just that it works on one device at a time.

How did u get it right?
 
So i get home from work 15 minutes ago to find my internet is non existent, I then spent the remainder of that 15 minutes calling into MWEB to get a more accurate reason, so i still waited on the phone to find out why im paying for PREMIUM UNCAPPED that has no redundancy at all, we usto have? so im paying a "premium price" with an ISP that throttles their customers more than most other ISP's and now i don't even have the perk of redundancy?

Please can i have a technician call me and actually give me the real reason why im having to waste money on another ISP account to actually use my internet... This is disgusting.
