Gaming wise pings are all over the place and unplayable though

I'm getting full 4Mb speeds to OZ, but 0 on Disqus. (i also disabled the 4mb/sec download).

Some sites work. Others don't. Is Disqus loading for everyone, not for me.

Problems not sorted out at all,cant even go over 50kb/s on steam ,web pages take forever to load.For the weekend this is irritating, Mweb please sort us out. The weekend is when i do my gaming as work got me down whole week!
