I'm not sure what they offer and whether they are able to match the support you obtain from our premier support team.
Evening, I had a look at your account and everything seems in order.
Looking at your usage for the day, it does not reflect a slow connection either.
Connection was fine during the day. But it's crawling now at the moment

Are you doing the speed tests with any active traffic on your network?
Nope. I triple checked actually because it was the first thing I could think of that may have been causing the slow speeds.
Provide me comparative speed test results with the Telkom guest account. Let me know if you do not have the details
Please provide me trace router results to mweb.co.za and bbc.co.uk
These speed test results show that the problem is not specific to the MWEB account.
You know what.. I think I'll rather just leave it sadly. We've done this multiple times in the past lol. I had thought you guys would try help isolate the problem. But I guess you can only do so much sadly. Im already aware it's not Mweb specific. But anyway. I'll try give Telkom a call in the morning and hopefully (doubtful) they can fix it for me.
Thank you for the support though. I write this message not in spite by the way. Im just a bit tired of doing the same thing over and over and never having the speeds improve by providing you with the results requested. It takes rather long for any of your support to contact me. By which time the issue has usually resolved itself. Therefor isolating the problem cannot be done.
Don't worry though. You guys are still my ISP for life <3 =]

The trace routes would show us where the latency stems from, which is why I requested them.

Good for you. I hope you get the problem sorted - MWEB are a good ISP to be with.
None the less, my advice - grab a free AH account for trouble shooting and for those times when MWEB needs to some work their end.

Having massive ping fluctuations
Afternoon SpleenPoker, are you referring to in game pings or pings reflected on speed tests?
