MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback

I have an mweb business uncapped account with 3G failover, except the 3G failover does not work. This is a real pain because we run our own mail server and whenever the adsl goes down our mails get bounced. So far the techs at mweb have been unable to solve the problem, one even told me the 3G wont work when the ADSL is down! I dont have access to the router to try and resolve the problem myself. Can anyone here help?
 
Since the MWEB network's been up, after that cable situation, things have been really smooth. I have an Axxess account and recently took advantage of their 2 for 1 special, but now I'm wishing I hadn't. My MWEB uncapped is faster than my capped Axxess, even during office hours - go figure. I hope this is a sine of things to come. Good job MWEB!

I havent really been having problems this weekend Youtube streamed fine and my downloads were in the 300-400KB/s department, so im a happy chappy!
 
Ok, so Mweb sent me a router to test my account with, to see if it doesn't show any improvement. Got it the next business day, this is quite admirable. But now when I got home and tried it, the Billion w40 Mweb router keeps dying, resetting on it's own, and losing connection. For brief moments it makes a connection which I then try to enter my login details by going to 192.168.1.254 but then it just stops working again and completely times out.

Plugged my old router back in and no problems.

Tried resetting it manually as well, but still nothing. Also tried to make a new connection with it in network/Internet, but also nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

I can barely reach 20KB/s on the new BF3 patch, but my NNTP is fine. What gives mweb?

had the same issue for 3 months. Was given 3 different Billion W40's and they all did they same. Telkom came and could not fix the issue and eventually I was refunded by MWEB for the router and bought a d-link router. haven't had an issue so far. Its been a glorious month!

That W40 is just K@K

Hi dasco,

I have refreshed your account, please power down for 20 minutes and test after that. I have also checked your line and account and can't see anything irregular. Please advise how your general browsing is as well?

Does MWEB shape Megaupload?

Fining it hard to stream something from there.

Mweb - your shaping on Skype is up to crap again. Its unusable - have to connect with my FNB account to use it. Video is choppy.

One night it works fine - the next night its terrible. With my FNB account it works 100% of the time.
 
I have beeen using Gameranger without any problems ,but as of last month the lag has become unberable .any advise Mweb guy ?
